The location was fantastic, just a short walk from the lake and the center of town. the staff were incredibly helpful, assisting us with organizing activities and providing recommendations. the breakfast had a great variety of options and we enjoyed starting our day with a delicious meal.

The bed was too stiff for my liking, making it a bit uncomfortable to sleep on.

My stay at Tam Coc Tea House Homestay was amazing. The staff, especially Ngoc, was incredibly friendly and helpful. They went above and beyond to make our stay enjoyable, arranging our transfers and helping us with bike and motorbike rentals. The facilities were clean and well-maintained. The location was great, close to restaurants but tucked away in a quiet alley. The breakfast, especially the french toast with banana, was delicious. The pool and snooker table were an added bonus. I had a wonderful experience and would highly recommend this hotel.

I had a fantastic stay at a homestay in Ninh Binh. The room was spacious and the beds were really comfortable. The breakfast provided was delicious, and I especially enjoyed being able to order a la carte. The location was perfect, just a short walk away from the boat pier and restaurants. The host, Ngoc, was incredibly helpful and provided us with a map and great recommendations for things to do in the area. Despite having to go through a dark alley to get to the homestay, it was definitely worth it. I highly recommend this place for a pleasant and enjoyable stay in Ninh Binh.
